Talkative now supports ingesting files from Sharepoint into your knowledge base. When you configure a Sharepoint integration, you will be able to include any supported Sharepoint files in your knowledge base. These files will be kept up-to-date according to your AIKB refresh settings.

As part of this update, AI knowledge bases now support doc, docx and pptx files in both Sharepoint and existing file upload channels.

Chat transcript titles can now include data from the conversation. This feature can now be found on the email customisations page.

Copilot message suggestions are now generated asynchronously, significantly speeding up chat message delivery times when copilot message suggestions are enabled.

Video calls can now utilise AI suggested tags. When video call transcripts are enabled, you will be able to receive suggested tags when an interaction has ended.

Voice AI Sentiment will now take customer tone and delays into account when generating a sentiment score.
